Event description
Owing to the incentive by Aco Lebarič, a member of the Slovenian Paraplegic Association, art colonies were organized in Semič from 1987 to 2010. The twenty-two art colonies have built up an extensive collection of paintings and sculptures. Through the painters' brushes and the sculptors' tools the natural and cultural heritage of Semič and its surroundings have gained a subtle touch which sometimes remains unseen or overlooked by non-artistic eyes.
