The event will offer many activities, one of which will be the puppet show V deželi Kačariji (In the Kačarija Land). This show is the perfect way for children to learn about life without electricity. For those who want to know more about the history of electrification, they are kindly invited to guided tour of our new exhibition: 120 Years of the Public Use of Electricity in Slovenian Lands. Waterworks and Power Plant of the Town of Kočevje 1896–2016. In collaboration with primary school Stara Cerkev and library of Kočevje we want to teach people about the difficulties of water supply in our region in the past and make them acknowledge how privileged we are to have electricity everywhere we go. It is our duty to teach people about heritage that surrounds us.
