Event description
The project called Milk in the Past and at Present has been set as a creative research. It is part of the extended programme Healthy Food and Diet. Students learn about traditional and modern methods of milk production, about the conversion of milk into dairy products, as well as how to prepare dishes with fresh milk, curd cheese, etc. They gain this knowledge through intergenerational interaction and literature and they visit partner farms. With the help of cultural and artistic creativity, the memory of the Slovenian gastronomic cultural heritage is kept alive.
